The Jucy Lucifer
A big patty of grass-fed ground beef smothering melted cheese right smack dab in the middle. Served with Tater Tots and our homemade ketchup.
French Dip au Jus
This isn't a standard deli-sliced French dip sandwich. At Hell's Kitchen, we slow-roast a prime rib for hours until it's so tender, it falls apart with a fork.
We'll serve yours piled with mounds of thin slices on a toasted ciabatta roll with plenty of roasted garlic au jus for dipping.
Served with Tater Tots and our homemade ketchup.
BBQ St. Louis Style Rib

Pan-Fried Walleye
Pan frying is, perhaps, the most delicious way to cook any non-fatty fish. Our light flour coating protects the flesh from direct heat and helps keep the tender
walleye moist, while also providing a browned and crispy crust. Served with lemon, house-made lemon-scallion tartar sauce, a seasonal vegetable, plus our chef's
starch of the day.
Vegetable Stir-Fry
Wok tossed seasonal vegetables with ponzu marinated tofu, ginger, and scallions. Served with jasmine rice.
