BBQ St. Louis Style Rib
Are you aware that Mitch and Steve won a NATIONAL rib award when they were still green behind the ears? Our mouth-watering pork ribs are coated with the guys' sweet and spicy rib rub, slowly cooked until tender, then grilled and mopped with our house-made BBQ sauce. Pan-Fried Walleye
Pan frying is, perhaps, the most delicious way to cook any non-fatty fish. Our light flour coating protects the flesh from direct heat and helps keep the tender walleye moist, while also providing a browned and crispy crust. Served with lemon, house-made lemon-scallion tartar sauce, a seasonal vegetable, plus our chef's starch of the day.

Vegetable Stir-Fry
